Transaction/Accounting Configuration Help Needed to Go Live

We are a new NS customer having difficulty taking the final steps to go live--particularly in transaction data importing and accounting setup. We are migrating from MAS200/90 and need someone who understands that legacy system as well. Can someone point us to an affordable solution provider?
