Netsuite for Schools Portals - Programmers Required

I am seeking programmers that can customise / script Netsuite to add custome features for use in School managment portals that would include
1. Student self enrolment using payment vouchers and or credit cards (may require local Nigerian card enabled
2. Student online payment of fees
3. Lecturer / student accessment records
4. Student online assignmnet and test management
5. Management of student scores and caculation / psosting of results online
6. Complete course and lecturer scheduling
