Looking for help streamlining NetSuite CRM -> Accounting

I recently took over the administrator role for my company. We are relatively small, but have a relatively complex NetSuite setup (have users in 3+ countries, use multiple currencies, etc). 

I'm looking for affordable help based on best practices to streamline our processes so we can more efficiently use NetSuite. Invoicing/accounting/financial reporting is of particular concern.
