Web Services - Website Integration Needed

I'm looking for a contractor to connect our website to an outside website through web services.  Please PM me if you have interest.


Distributor A = my company, distributor for Manufacturer B
Manufacturer B = large German manufacturer


Concept
[LIST]
[*]Manufacturer B hosts a new global website with item numbers, product information, standard prices, etc
[*]Manufacturer B refers sales to regional partners per continent (Distributor A for North America, other distributors for Europe and Asia)
[*]Distributor A hosts existing website with checkout process
[*]Communication between Manufacturer B and Distributor A through web services

[*]Customers can log in to Manufacturer B site with Distributor A credentials.  Street addresses, email address, etc would be communicated between Distributor A and Manufacturer B via web services
