Avalara/AvaTax Questions

We're thinking about using AvaTax.  Avalara is saying implementation is a breeze and that there should be very few changes to the way our account behaves.  However, we've heard that some NS customers have had issues with the checkout after the integration.

Is anyone who is using AvaTax and NS willing to provide some details about your implementation experience and how things have been since (the good, the bad, and the ugly please)?

Any tips/info would be GREATLY appreciated.
