Automatic Email Attachments

Does anyone know of a Netsuite partner that would allow us to automatically attach certain files to a quote or sales order whenever we go to email it?

Or maybe a partner that would make a popup or something appear with a specific list of attachments that could be sent out with that email, maybe it would be driven by a check box feature or something like that.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
