Philadelphia Administrator or Experienced User Wanted

I have a client in the Philadelphia area that is a new customer to NetSuite.  I am looking for an in-house administrator who can be developed to Administrator level during implementation, or has good experience with NetSuite.  Good to know Saved Searches, Reports, various standard flows, and projects.  Advanced Projects ideal.  Even better if you have Apple experience too.
