EDI Consultant Needed

I have dozens of automotive customers and vendors that have requested EDI connections, and have established a connections with various EDI providers, but I'm not really happy with how the industry works.  Every time I add a connection, there's a charge per document, per kilobyte, etc.

I'd like to find a consultant who can setup ftp and as2 connections with these trading partners, and create the mapping/conversion to import and export data in NetSuite.  The consultant should be able to host the connections, or use a web services provider to host the connections.  Also the consultant should be able to work directly with the trading partners for setup.  I am
