Netsuite CRM Consultant?

We've been using Netsuite for about 18 months and we've gotten pretty comfortable with it. We're adding an outside sales channel and would like to better utilize the CRM. Is there anyone here who is intimately familiar with the CRM functionality in netsuite to show me best practices?
