Developer Needed for UK Shipping Integration

[h=2]We have a requirements in the coming 30-60 days.
We need Netsuite to be integrated with Royal Mail. The integration should pass the customers address information across, including customer and parcel info, and pull back in the Tracking Number (where application).  Not all parcels will be tracked.
It should all be fully integrated point to point where the label is also generated on completion.
Anyone have any solutions/recommendation for this.  Preference to those who have conducted work in this area already.[/h]
