Print Secondary PDF Form?

I have set up an advanced PDF form for printing a purchase order, but I only want it to print using this form when the user specifically chooses it. The PO will have already been created, and my thought was to have a button on the PO that would generate the PDF using the alternative form.

Do I have to use scripting to do this? Alternatively, can I set it so that one role only prints via one form while every other prints via the standard form?
