Pulling Sales Order line item data to our custom customer deposit Advanced PDF template

We just moved to NetSuite in March and our functional consultants made a simple custom Advanced PDF template for the customer deposit receipt when a card gets charged, etc.  Right now it simply shows payment method, payment source, payment date, payment amount and some customer information.  We are getting some customers complaining/requesting that they don't know what the receipt is for, because it only lists the sales order # but no item information.  I am struggling to find a way to pull in the relevant Sales Order line item data or at least more detail for the customer from the
