Remove Extra Characters

I have a Custom Invoice that prints Harmonize Code.
The code looks like this 8523.40.3000 for customers in Canada and Mexico and I need to remove everything after the second period? (8523.40)

Canada and Mexico 8523.40
All there country 8523.40.3000
