PDF file failing to set checkbox value on merged PDF Template
Hi All,
I was hoping somebody could share some wisdom with me. I've setup a PDF Template. The pdf file that I'm using for the template has some checkboxes that I'm trying to bind to checkboxes on the Netsuite record. I have some text fields that are pulling in the values correctly. I've named them using the 'NLNAME_OF_FIELD' pattern. All uppercase. However, the checkboxes aren't being checked/unchecked with the values from the merged record.
I suspect there's an issue in the binding portion of the checkbox field on the pdf file. In this section, I've populated the 'Data Binding (Open, Save, Submit)' field with 'Use Name (NLNAME_OF_FIELD)'. I've populated the 'On Value' field with Yes, and the 'Off Value' field with No. I've also tried T/F, true/false, True/False, and Y/N. However, none have worked.
