File Path

I assumed that because the SDF project in Eclipse puts "FileCabinet > SuiteScripts" folders that when I added my files it would upload them into that same path in NetSuite's file cabinet.  However when I created my JavaScript file and pressed Ctrl+U it uploaded it somewhere else based on the project name etc.

I'm also no longer seeing the ability to set the folder path in the project. It would only make sense that if I create a script file within the project's folder path like "FileCabinet > SuiteScripts > SWK > somefile.js" it would put the file into that same path in NetSuite.
