xml file validation failed

Hi, We have some xml files in the Suite Script folder. I am getting the below error in xml file while deploying other script where they do not have any dependency. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Validation failed.
Details: The entity "nbsp" was referenced, but not declared.
