Add signature to Advanced PDF template

Hi All,

I feel like a complete idiot because I can't figure out how to add a user's signature to an email template.

The docs (https://system.na3.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_N2864199.html#procedure_N2864227) suggest that you can get use the "user" object:

user - include settings entered on the user’s Set Preferences page. These fields are typically used for emails.



However, when I try ${user.message_signature} I get nothing.  I've checked - my email signature is populated but I get nothing in the email.

Somebody please straighten me out
