Deploy over locked suitebundle objects

As far as I can tell this feature doesn't exist so I'll request it here.

I use SuiteBundles extensively and in certain situations will lock the objects upon install. Now that I'm getting started with SDF I'm finding that I can't deploy over these locked objects. That's perfectly fine default behavior, but controlling this via the deploy.xml (or other means) would be great. As a workaround I need to update the bundle definition, unlocked the objects then update the bundle in the target account.

Please allow deploying over locked objects.
