Rollback/Un-deploy

I'm probably missing something, but how do you rollback or un-deploy a deployment? If it's the first deployment, then deploying a previous version over top doesn't apply. Likewise if you are deploying some n+1 version that has new objects, re-deploying version n won't remove those objects.

SDF is to replace SuiteBundler - great! But I can uninstall a SuiteBundle, how do I accomplish the same with SDF?

I'm afraid I'm not going to like the answer to this one...
