Developer Role - Unauthorized - Webstorm

Hello, I have followed NetSuite's instructions, created an SDF Developer Role, gave it permissions, installed the bundle, setup the access tokens, but when I go to pull in the file cabinet, I am receiving an "Unauthorized" error.

I have another role, basic permissions, but with user credentials it can pull in the files so I know it can connect. Anyone else run into this issue of the sdf developer role not being able to be authorized?
