SuiteApp - Intermittent Unexpected Error on Validation and Deployment

I'm currently in the process of creating an SDF SuiteApp project and backing up the process through BitBucket. I'm running into intermittent issues with the project throwing "Unexpected Errors" upon Validation or Deployment to different environments.

Right now, I can validate against one environment, but not another. Both environments have the same SDF Developer role, having been propagated through a SuiteBundle as a pre-deployment step. Neither the SuiteScript folder nor the SuiteApp folder have any restrictions on file settings. The SDF Developer role has permission for Documents and Files and SuiteScripts.

Anyone have some insight on this issue?
