SDF Deploy changing order of scripts in 'Scripted Record'

I have a script that needs to run on transactions in both UE and Client contexts. It needs to run after all other scripts (so I can work with the final field values, as set by other scripts).

The 'Scripted Record' gives me exactly what I need, allowing me to re-order the scripts and move the new script to the bottom (so it would be executed last, after all other scripts have run).

However when I next deploy with SDF (2018.2.1) the Scripted Records return to their former order, where the new script runs first (and so is not working with final field values).
