"Created from" link broken on Purchase Order when closed via Boomi

edited Dec 2, 2019 4:09PM in SuiteCloud / Customization

Background-   We dropship items, so when a Sales Order is saved, a Purchase Order is automatically created.   If the Sales Order is canceled, we need to close the PO and then the Sales Order.   Due to volume, this needs to be an automated process and we're using Boomi for our automations/EDI/ ecom platform connector.

ISSUE:  When I manually close a Purchase Order in the UI, the related records link remains visible.   When we run our process using Boomi to close lines on a PO, the PO does close the line items as expected, but it no longer links the original Sales Order and corresponding Purchase Order.  Any thoughts???

Howdy, Stranger!
