Deployed SuiteApp Saved Searches Private

Our SuiteApp being deployed via SDF is setting every saved search to "PRIVATE" on deployment, irrespective of the configuration in the source environment.

This means that when a script, workflow, or Center Category refers to a saved search, it throws an error message stating that the parameter has an invalid reference key of [saved search's internal ID] for [saved search type].

Anyone have some insight on this issue?
