Defect 431318 : Contract Renewal: Contract Item on contracts show duplicate lines for some items

Has anyone else experienced this problem? We're looking for a fix and an alternate solution.

Defect 431318   :  Contract Renewal: Contract Item on contracts show duplicate lines for some items

Alternate Solution: None

The urgency level assigned to your defect is U5.  If a fix is required to address the Defect, the target will be in an upcoming e-fix.  Our target range for resolution is within 6 weeks.

We will communicate with you throughout the resolution process including:

·         When the defect has been assigned to an engineer

·         When we know the target date for the fix

·         When the fix has been committed for a release
