Time Does not Attach to SubJob!!!

FYI,

Netsuite does not allow for posting time against a subjob.  Not good from a project accounting perspective.

All of the time posts underneath the primary job.  So unless the budget for the subjob rolls up to the prime, (which it doesn't) it is pretty useless to use subjobs at all.
