Task Visibility

We have assigned tasks to employees in NetSuite when the employees' supervisors go into NetSuite to view those tasks, they select the "My Team" view, but are unable to see their employees' tasks.

The one variable that we have come up with is that the tasks were created when the employee was assigned to a different supervisor, which was later changed to the current supervisor.

Is it possible that the task is still referencing the previous supervisor? Is there a way to fix this?
