Editing Time Entry records for Projects

Hello!
I also posted this under the new release.  Post upgrade, we are unable to edit the Employee, Customer:Job, Case/Task/Event fields on time entry records.  What is controlling this so that we may adjust?  We need supervisors to be able to edit fields for accuracy.

I have also posted a case to NS support.
