Used and Unused Time to Date

We are a service company - we outsource work to Virtual Assistants.  We set up Tasks that need to be completed.  Keeping track of those being worked on is easy.  Keeping track of those not started is not.

I desperately need a report that combines the features of Time by Client Detail Report with the features of the Saved Search Job Results to Date.  We need to be able to track both TIME and DOLLARS used and especially unused to date on Tasks/Jobs on a monthly basis.

The Time By Client Detail would work fine but it won't allow us to see Tasks thave haven't been started yet.
