Defaults when creating project from SO

Hi,

1) There is a setting in a Project Info page called "Limit time to assignees".  By default it is ticked.  I've hunted and cannot find anywhere to change the default.

2) Also, when several items are combined into one Project (as we do via Accounting Preferences) then the default project name seems to come from the last item.  Since we sell a basic product plus potential add-ons, it makes much more sense to our business (and salesmen) if we could have the default come from the first item.  I cannot find this anywhere either.
