DEFECT: Summary Task Dates Do NOT Update

When using the Advanced Job/Project Tracking module, Summary tasks are supposed to auto-update the Start and Due dates based on their child sub-tasks.

The Summary Task dates are updated ONLY when the child task is first entered. If you later edit the Child tasks and change its Start and/or Due dates, the Summary task dates do NOT update.
