Project Management Tools

We're looking to start using a project management tool, something like Basecamp or Copperproject.  The primary goal for this would be to manage communication between us and clients and/or contractors.  What is particulalry important is managing change requests, progress and milestones in a way that is visible to all parties.

As the pieces of software mentioned also have contact lists, calendars, etc. I would like to integrate with Netsuite rather than duplicating data.  Has anyone integrated such software, or found a way of using Netsuite to do these kinds of tasks rather than getting external software to do it?
