Attaching Email to Projects?

Is there any reason why I can not attach an email from Outlook to a project?

It appears I can only attach them to opportunities and cases, neither of which is appropriate for a project status report.

Do I need to tweak the settings on the "netsuite for outlook" deal or am i SOL.
