Saved search that only shows tasks that predecessor has been completed

We need to create a saved search that shows all of the tasks due this week with the criteria that the predecessor task has been completed.  I.e.:

Task B has a start date of 9/26/09 but has a predecessor of Task A, which has not been completed yet, so Task B would not show up on the search until Task A is completed.
