Actual time - Est Work Baseline Formula

Hi,

I have created a custom field on the project form that i wish to display the Actual Work {actualtime} minus the Estimated Work Baseline {estimatedtimeoverridebaseline} but I can't seem to get the formula right to show the correct value as these fields are in hours and minutes.

Can someone let me know if this can be done and if so what would the formula be for me to enter on the custom field i have created.
