Repeatable Project with steps
I am looking for a way to store or memorize a project. The project needs to have multiple steps or tasks, each being triggered at the completion of the step before. The tasks vary as do the person responsible for each task. Some of the tasks may take a week or longer to accomplish, so notification of the completion is important as is timely notification that the subsequent task is ready to go.
I have looked at jobs and the tasks assigned there are all notified immediately, not sequentially.
