Project Manager Role?

I'm looking for a Project Manager role so we can delegate project management to an employee.  I don't see anything applicable listed, though when I go to "Show Role Differences" there is a "PM Manager" role listed.  That's not one of the roles I can assign an employee, however.

Is there a way to activate this role?  If not, what are others using for this purpose?

We have Advanced Projects, if that makes any difference.
