Netsuite Resource Manager Bundle ID – 10399

Hi
Has anyone been able to find and install "Netsuite Resource Manager Bundle ID 10399 in the Repository?

In the Help it states:
"The Resource Manager is an extension of NetSuite’s Advanced Projects feature and requires that this feature be enabled in your account.
The Resource Manager is available as a SuiteBundle through the Repository:
*Location – Repository
*Name – NetSuite Resource Manager"

If I search either by bundle ID or name, it returns 'No Records to show'

Any help would be appreciated.
