Notes/Email flowing up to Projects / Customers
Our customer is reporting an issue where notes or email messages entered on an opportunity record appear on the project record but not on the associated customer record. This is on an account with Projects enabled.
In testing the same scenario on an account with Advanced Projects enabled, the reverse happened. The notes and email messages didn't appear on the project record but DID appear on the customer record. This was tested using both opportunity and sales order records with the same results.
I was at the least expecting consistency between Projects/Advanced Projects and thought that the email/notes should appear on both the project and the customer records if we are to expect a 360 degree view of the customer.
