Backlog Report

When we run a backlog report it populates all zeros for all of the time entries even though we have dozens of active projects in the system. Any idea what we are doing wrong?

The quantity of projects updates correctly per resource just not the Initial Time Budget, Current Time Budget, Actual Time, and Backlog fields.
