Can I Exclude Customer Records from Time Tracking?
I've implemented Advanced Projects and want ALL time entries (via Employee Center) to be against PROJECT records, not CUSTOMER records. In the Time Tracking form, the Customer field's pull-down/search displays both Projects and Customers. Is there a way to EXCLUDE listing the customer records here? I don't want employees to charge time against a customer or be confused by a long list of customers vs. projects?
I can exclude projects for the list, by setting a preference in the Project record. I don't see the same preference in the Customer record. Nor can I find a global preference to do this.
