Disable End Time on Phone Calls
I want to create automated reminders for my sales reps to call back leads. I am using the Phone Call feature to trigger this reminder. I want to be able to stack reminders one after the other. The problem is that NetSuite defaults the End Time on the call to one hour after the Start Time. How do I get rid of the End Time? Is there a better way to do what I am trying to do?
