Saved Search - Project Hours

I am trying to create a saved search that will alert the team when the actual hours on a projects are coming close to the estimated hours.  The issue that I am running into in the saved search is how to compare the (2) fields.  I need it to compare estimated and actual, but what I am seeing under Criteria is the ability to match it to a number instead of another field??

What am I missing?
