Showing Project Manager resource role in project list

I am trying to setup a list view of all of my projects. In this list view I want to have a column that shows the "Project Manager" (a project resource role). If there is no resource with this role I want it to show "Unassigned".

I tried using this to create a Formula (text) column:

DECODE({jobresourcerole}, 'Project Manager', {jobresource}, 'Unassigned')

The problem I'm having is that if I also have a resource with a different role on the project, I will get two rows in my list.. one row with the Product Manger name in the column, one row with Unassigned in the column.
