Project Mgmnt questions - closing projs & double resourced tasks
I appreciate the assistance in advance.
1. In a project, is there an easy way to close all tasks in a project at once instead of closing a project by editing and marking each task @ 100%?
2. In a project, how best should I set 2 resources into a task together for 4 hours, without having that task aggregate their effort into 8 hours total (for serial predecessor time that is)?
