Resource Manager in Test Drive Account

I am unable to initialize the Resource Manager in a 2011.2 Test Drive Account that has Advanced Projects enabled.  The basic page appears, but it does not populate with any data and the Initialize box just hangs.  I have tried using IE, Firefox, and Chrome.  Anyone else having this issue?
