Case & Time Against Project Entity is not deducting Project Time
I'm entering Cases against project entity (customer) and I'm entering time from the Case record using the Project ID on the time record. And I'm getting some unexpected results.
When you enter time from the Case, the system defaults in the Time Entity Customer as the Project entity from the case plus it defaults in the Case ID in to the Case/Type/Event field. And from that, I can see the Time Entry on both the Case and Project. So its all good.
Problem is that my Actual Work Totals on the Project does not take into account Time where the Case is entered into the Case/Type/Event field on the time entry screen. So I'm unable to see actual project time when Case is used. BUT...
