Prevent Users from logging time to Closed Projects/Project Tasks

Hi.

We have came into an issue that Users are logging time against Projects and Project Tasks that have the status of Closed.

Is there a way to prevent this?

I have reviewed both SuiteAnswers and the user group but I can't find a similar topic.

FYI - We use Time Tracking and Advanced Project Management.
