Project only visible for assigned resource and PM
Hi,
Logging absence and training is cumbersome in NetSuite because you have to define a project for it and then everybody can see the absence of others (do correct me if I have the wrong impression)
I want to explore whether we can define a project per employee in which we define activities for absence, training and other "HR" activities .. and assign the employee as the resource
And then define the people manager of that employee as PM.
Is this a good idea?
And how can I best control the visibility of that project?
I only would want the employee and the people manager to see this project (next to finance and HR admin department)
