Project sharing (sort of)

Anyone have a project setup like this: Company A has Project A; Company B has Project A.1 (a subproject of Project A). (This can actually be setup in NS). We want to issue invoice to Company B but have the revenue from Project A.1 appear on Project A. Is this possible?
